He supports clients through expert consulting, research collaboration, and the development of frameworks that strengthen safety, reliability, and performance in complex environments. His flagship innovation, the Adaptive Human Reliability Index (AHRI), is currently patent‑pending.

Dr Iftikhar holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering, is a Chartered Electrical Engineer (CEng), and completed a BEng (Hons) in Avionics Engineering. His background also includes specialist training in human factors, safety management, and clinical‑operations reliability (including DOMP, DO, ATLAS Profilax, and APBC).

Dr Iftikhar draws on experience across mining, aviation, and clinical environments to identify patterns, transfer proven strategies, and deliver solutions that improve safety and performance in high‑risk, high‑variability settings.
